Educational and Professional Requirements
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing/Insurance from a recognized university.
- Post graduate Diploma in Marketing is an added advantage
- Must have a diploma in Insurance or ACII/IIK
- Membership in either IIK, CII,CIM, MSK or KIM

The Ideal Candidate
Minimum KCSE grade C plain.
Diploma or Degree in a business-related field (added advantage).
Certificate of Proficiency (COP) in insurance.
Proven track record of at least 3 years in insurance sales.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
